Please always raise any complaints or discrepancies with me directly on the spot, right after the massage. That is the only way they can be settled fairly. Once you have left it is very hard to prove anything, so I do not deal with them afterwards. Discretion comes first for me, which is why I handle all communication through the booking system and my AI assistant.
