Why Holešovice?
The neighborhood has changed a lot over the past fifteen years. Where railway sidings once led to the market hall, you’ll now find galleries, cafés in former industrial halls, and apartments in converted factories.
For a visit to a massage, something else matters. The streets here are wider and calmer than in the city center, the buildings have normal entrances without shop windows, and after eight in the evening, foot traffic on the sidewalk almost comes to a stop. In the tourist streets around Wenceslas Square, someone speaks to you every twenty meters; here, they don’t.
We are at Osadní 28, just a short walk from the Vltava. The entrance is unmarked, and you won’t find any sign inside the building.
By metro and tram
The nearest metro station is Nádraží Holešovice on line C, about six hundred meters on foot. The walk takes just a few minutes and leads along a regular residential street.
Trams stop even closer. The U Průhonu and Ortenovo náměstí stops are just 200 meters from the building.

By Car and Parking
You can park your car practically right by the entrance, just twenty meters from the building.
Prague 7 is fully covered by parking zones. Around Osadní, there is a blue zone where visitors may park for a maximum of three hours and pay via the virtual parking meter at parkujvklidu.cz. Right by the U Průhonu stop, a mixed zone begins, where you can pay at a parking meter or through the app. Checks are carried out regularly here, so a ten-crown ticket is a much better option than a wheel clamp.
Parking is easier in the evening than during the day. Those who arrive between six and eight usually find a spot on the first try.
If You Arrive Early
There’s no point in arriving half an hour early, as appointments are scheduled back-to-back. You can spend the time nearby, just a short walk from the building.
A few minutes’ walk away is Vnitroblock, a former tram hall on Tusarova Street with a café and plenty of space to keep to yourself. A little further on is DOX, the contemporary art gallery on Poupětova Street. Across Bubenské nábřeží, you can walk to the Prague Market, where the halls are home to a range of bistros.
The Vltava is also just a few minutes from the house, perfect for a short walk before your reservation time.
Discretion in Practice
In addition to the unmarked entrance, the reservation process itself ensures a high level of discretion. Appointments are booked for a specific time, so clients do not meet each other. Each masseuse has her own room, and no one else enters it during the massage.
If you want to be sure, please arrive exactly at your reservation time. Five minutes early is ideal.

Practical Details
There are no fixed opening hours here; the day starts and ends depending on who is giving massages that day. Morning appointments are usually more available than evening ones.
You can see who is massaging on each day in the weekly schedule. On weekday afternoons, it’s often possible to book for the same day; for Friday evening, it’s worth reserving in advance.
